Meet the alpacas, go pond dipping, make a scarecrow and wander round our community vegetable beds and fruit trees. Feel free to bring a picnic. There will be handmade crafts on sale, spinning demonstrations and you can have a go at spinning alpaca fleece into yarn using a drop spindle.
Cost: £1 entrance fee for adults, 50p children aged 3 to 16. Alpaca feeding £1, scarecrow making £2.50, refreshments and crafts on sale. No charge for pond dipping; we have some nets available or bring your own. All proceeds go towards our work in bringing people and nature together and teaching sustainable organic food growing. Sorry, no dogs.
